Welcome to the world of Midgard! Whether you're a fresh adventurer or a returning veteran, this guide will walk you through early progression, key class picks, gear planning, and the optimal upgrade path as you journey toward endgame content.
🧭 Levels 1–99 (First Job)
At this stage, gearing is straightforward and forgiving.
Freebie Gear: The Metal Weapon from the Freebies NPC is more than enough to carry you to level 99.
Main EXP Source: Use the Eden Group Quest Boards (located at Eden Headquarters) to level quickly.
Accessories: Optional at this point. Focus instead on leveling efficiently.
⭐ Recommended Early Game Classes
These classes shine due to their early utility and farming capability:
Knight – Great durability and AoE damage.
Hunter – High range and DPS, ideal for soloing.
Super Novice – Surprisingly versatile with the right build.
These jobs will serve you well for farming and preparing your gear for the midgame.
🔁 Rebirth (Levels 1–99 Transcendent)
Once you transcend, your goal shifts from just leveling to building a strong foundation for 3rd job content.
What to Focus On:
Sky Fortress Instance: A great place to farm Vicious Weapons.
Mora Equipment: Use Mora Coins to buy starter gear sets. These are serviceable until you're ready for better options.
OS Weapon Prep: Begin collecting materials or zeny to obtain OS (Old Somatology) weapons, or buy them from other players.
🧙 Transition to 3rd Skill addons
Upon reaching level 99 as a Transcendent class, visit the Eden Group to unlock Extended 3rd Job Skills Legendary Sifu for 3rd job and Master Sifu for extended class
For first taken each skill you have to pay 1.000.000 Zeny. Just in case you need to replace the another, you have to pay about 2.000.000 Zeny
You’ll gain 3 passive and 3 active additional skills. Choose wisely—your choices should reflect your preferred playstyle and adapt to the current game meta.
⚔️ Early to Midgame Gearing

Brings 3.000.000 Zeny to get

Temporal Boots + Manteau Combo (especially with Automatic/Illusion enchants).
Nightmare Bio5 Headgears: Powerful and enchantable.
OS Weapon/Headgear Sets: Obtainable via crafting or trading.
What to Focus On:
Sky Fortress Instance: A great place to farm Vicious Weapons.
Farming Materials:
Old Glast Heim (OGH) Instance: Farm Coagulated Spells and Contaminated Magic to craft Temporal Boots (which can be enchanted later).
Midgard Coins: Collect these by trading MVP drops and valuable loots.
Uses: Exchange for Vivatus Weapons, Helm of Faith, and other essential gear.
Upgrade Path (Priority Order)
As you gear up for late game, follow this order of upgrades:
Full Equipment Set – Ensure every slot is equipped with at least decent gear.
Costume Enchants – Prioritize headgears and garments. These are costly but impactful.
OS Weapon or LT/Patent Gear – Depending on your build, this is your main weapon upgrade.
Armor + Shadow Gear – Build sets that support your main role (DPS, Tank, Support).
Zeny Farming – Save for Gacha-exclusive cards (e.g., Sealed Cards).
Grace Gear Upgrades – Replace with Temporal Sets + Automatic Enchants when possible.
Blacksmith Blessing (BSB) – Use on key gear for refining beyond +11.
Advanced Costume Enchants – Build-specific, and very expensive. Consider carefully.
Shadow Equipment Enchants – Min-maxing for specialized builds.
